Asset Health Insights integrates with Yokogawa's Enterprise Energy Management Services (EEMS), enabling users to monitor and decrease energy usage of connected assets and enhance asset performance. EEMS connects various IoT devices, such as sensors, meters, controllers, and building management systems, to efficiently manage and reduce energy consumption in utilities and energy processes.

Smart Asset Viewer (add-on)

Smart Asset Viewer, provided by Yokogawa Cloud partner Viewport.AI, streamlines access to office documents, CAD drawings, scans, images, and equipment data. It offers a unified interface regardless of the source or legacy system, boosting efficiency, productivity, and safety in industrial environments. Connectors and APIs support the service, which can be added to OpreX Asset Health Insights or used independently. Using optical character recognition (OCR) and shape recognition, the technology automatically detects text and shapes in technical documentation and drawings, facilitating cross-referencing between files and systems. This reduces the time required to locate information from multiple sources.

STEP 1: Asset strategy & placement
